We are looking for a full-time person based in Medellín, Colombia for the Influencer Marketing Program Manager position who can research influencers that align with a specific brand’s story & product, negotiate deals between the influencers and brand, and manage all aspects of these promotional campaigns at scale.
The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and deep knowledge of earned media, influencer marketing campaign management and the current social media landscape as a whole. The position also requires someone with amazing relationship-building skills who can lead and are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
The company is looking for someone that is a creative strategist that not only understands the technical processes of running large influencer campaigns (10-50 influencers at a time), but also wants to contribute ideas and strategies of how the influencer can best connect with their audience and share the CBD brands offer in an authentic way that gets their audience excited!
Successful candidate will be responsible for developing the brand’s overall influencer global strategy. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in influencer relations, influencer agencies, influencer managers as it relates to identifying influencers, building relationships and developing programming/content globally.
You will be responsible for using one of the large influencer campaign management databases (Captiv8, Upfluence, Izea, Tagger, Tribe, etc.) in order to create scalable influencer campaign management systems.
The duties of the role can vary from reaching out to develop influencer relationships to strategizing and developing brand content.
Feed in through influencer swipe up campaigns
Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. We want to be able to launch a campaign with up to 50 influencers at a time, so someone with organization skills is critical
Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with a focus on editorial storytelling, influencers, and consumer engagement
Ability to manage writing a creative influencer brief.
Guide our influencer partners to create content that converts and supports the goals of brands’ product launches, events, and other brand initiatives
An 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital projects
Active within social media and digital platforms in a global capacity
Health and wellness influencers
Yoga, Health, Social Cause, Fitness
Pets / pet lovers
2-4 years of Digital marketing experience
2-4 years of PR or talent relations experience
Familiar with major influencer marketing SaaS products/databases such as, Upfluence, Captiv8, Tribe, Tagger, Popular Pays, Izea, etc for systemized high volume campaigns involving 10-50 influencers at a time.
Hands-on experience with all social media platforms
