We are looking for individuals with a STRONG sales orientation to join our team as a Sales Representative. We have an amazing energetic company culture. This is a heavy sales position which will require a lot of negotiating and cold-calling.
Compensation: Uncapped commissions: The more you sell the more you make.

Responsibilities:
-Handling inbound leads from homeowners to find a solution that works for them and us.
-Setting appointments with our agents to inspect properties and meet with homeowners.
-Contact clients, set up appointments to review the clients' needs and negotiate on the spot
-Evaluate properties to identify potential issues and relevant financial considerations to determine the best negotiation approach
-Negotiate property acquisitions with clients and investors, while maintaining favorable client relationships
-Support and guide property sellers and buyers on purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Qualifications:
-Must be able to handle rejection
-Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
Professional demeanor.
-"Relationship Builder" sales personality a big advantage.
-Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
-Strong work ethic and confidence a must!

Flexible schedule
Monday to Friday 8 hour shift
